The BNB Governing Council Issued a Payment Institution License
The BNB Governing Council issued a payment institution license to Easypay AD. The resolution was issued under Art. 12, para. 1 and Art. 137, para. 1 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems (LPSPS). The company is authorised to provide payment services, as regulated under Art. 4, items 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of LPSPS. They are related to placement and withdrawal of cash in/from payment accounts and operations related to their servicing; execution of payment transactions, including transfer of funds on a user’s payment account with the payment service provider or with another payment services provider; issuance of payment instruments and/or acceptance of payments by payment instruments; processing of cash transfers.
