The Bulgarian National Bank announces its Internship Programme
The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) announces its Internship Programme, which intends to encourage students and young professionals to continue acquiring in-depth academic knowledge and conduct research. As a prestigious institution with an impeccable reputation, the BNB is attractive to students and young professionals from a wide range of specialties at universities with different profiles – economics, mathematics, humanities, and technical sciences. Students, Ph.D. students, or recent graduates with university specialties relevant to the Bank’s activities can apply for an internship.
By participating in the programme, interns will have the opportunity to raise their awareness of the activities and tasks of the Bulgarian National Bank – a member of the European System of Central Banks, the Single Supervisory Mechanism, and the Single Resolution Board. They will be able to work and develop alongside a team of prominent experts, gaining valuable practical experience, to have the opportunity to consult with the Bank’s experts on theoretical and practical issues of interest, to conduct economic research, and to use the BNB’s ample library fund.
The internships last up to 3 months. The internship period and duration are agreed upon the personal preferences of the interns and the organisational needs of the Bank.
