At its meeting, the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank adopted a decision to comply, as of 20 May 2025, with the Guidelines amending Guidelines EBA/2019/04 on information and communication technology (ICT) and security risk management (Guidelines EBA/GL/2025/02), issued by the European Banking Authority and published on its official website.
The Guidelines have been issued pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 and Article 95(3) of Directive (EU) 2015/2366.
